Challenge: Luna Hotels & Resorts was looking for a hygiene solution for customers who frequented their hotels during the COVID-19 pandemic season.

Solution: The implemented solution was the interactive hygiene kiosks Hygistation in the spaces of the hotel chain. This innovative solution allows the measurement of body temperature, control of the use of protective mask and disinfection of the hands through the dispensing of disinfectant gel.

Results: After the installation of the hygiene kiosks, Luna Hotels & Resorts was recognized by Turismo de Portugal with the “Clean & Safe” seal, providing the ideal place for the holidays of visitors who enjoyed the spaces with all hygiene standards imposed by the Directorate-General for Health.
